WESLEYVILLE VILLAGE CELEBRATES THE HARVEST
10 a.m. to 4 p.m. ON SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 28, 2014
Unusual vegetable and fruits are a new feature of the Wesleyville Village Harvest Festival and Heritage Crafts Sale on Sunday September 28th. The autumn views alone should attract families and friends to visit the Church and market at 2082 Lakeshore Road, 10 kilometers west of Port Hope and about the same distance east of Newcastle.
The Friends of Wesleyville Village are renewing the lease on the church building, upgrading the electrical wiring and painting the basement this fall. Community support is needed for these improvements.
Produce, baked goods, heritage crafts and historical displays will be featured along with draws, contests and fun for all. Sales at the market stalls are expected to be as brisk as they were at the Wesleyville Spring market. Vendors are still welcome. To book a space call Sue Stickley at 905-885-1344.
